The Moore Public Schools district is located in the cities of Moore and Oklahoma City. The school system is fortunate to work with Chambers of Commerce in Moore and South Oklahoma City to promote public education.

Both chambers are active in supporting Moore Public Schools in several ways. They have supported bond issues and other activities to enhance economic and civic well-being of the area. For 16 years the Moore Chamber of Commerce has sponsored "Excellence in Education," a program to recognize outstanding teachers, students and community leaders in education.
